If you already have ADSL broadband with another provider, it's now easier than ever to make the switch to Netspace. The Rapid Transfer process (for ADSL1) or the Fast Churn process (for ADSL2+) allows you to move to a Netspace ADSL broadband plan with minimum fuss and next to no ADSL downtime. Plus, under our current broadband offer, switching to Netspace ADSL broadband via Rapid Transfer will probably cost you nothing.
Rapid Transfer (for ADSL1) and Fast Churn (for ADSL2+) allow you to quickly and easily move between participating ADSL broadband providers, with minimal downtime (a period without broadband).

If your ISP is not listed here call Netspace Sales on 1300 360 025 and we can determine if you're able to switch to Netspace via the Rapid Transfer process.
Rapid Transfer and Fast Churn are only available if you have an active ADSL broadband connection - so please do not cancel your service with your current broadband provider. Please note that if you are still in contract with your current broadband provider the transfer of your service may result in early termination charges. It is your responsibility to confirm the terms of your current provider's agreement.

If your modem is not listed and you need to call Technical Support, our team will provide basic assistance for any type of Broadband Modem, but we can only diagnose issues for supported modems.
A few days after you have chosen to switch to Netspace, you will notice that your ADSL signal has disappeared. Once it reappears, usually between 2 to 6 hours later, you will need to reconfigure your connection with the new username and password you have received from us. You should then be able to connect. If you encounter any trouble, you can contact our support staff on 131 456.
