The Netspace Channel Partner Program allows businesses to recommend Netspace broadband services to their customers in exchange for generous commissions on successful referrals.

Responsibilities

Channel Partners are tasked with:

  • initiating and closing sales
  • confirming ADSL availability and submitting applications online
  • assisting customers to establish their connections

End-user invoicing, technical support and all business and corporate referrals are handled by Netspace.

Channel Partner Kit

A resource kit containing Netspace product information and contact details.

Channel Extranet

A web portal for channel partners with comprehensive channel information and tools for completing line checks and online applications. All applications submitted online will be tracked to ensure you receive commission for every successful referral.

Dedicated Support

The channel team exists to answer your questions and help businesses maximise their performance. Business sales consultants are on call to assist you with Business and Corporate referrals. The team can be reached on 1300 662 550 from 9am to 5.30pm weekdays.

Channel Sales Support

A complete range of sales and marketing material including in-store point of sale collateral and product brochures are provided to help businesses reach their full potential. Materials are available for Channel Partners to order free of charge quickly and easily online.

IMPORTANT

To become a Channel Partner you must be a business that is registered for GST. You must also be capable of achieving six new referrals per quarter to remain a Channel Partner.
