To recover your password please complete at least 3 of the following fields:
Username: Is the first part of your Netspace email address. You would have selected this when applying with Netspace e.g. username@netspace.net.au
ADSL Service Phone Number: Is a 10 digit national number including the area code (i.e. 0398110000)
Credit Card Customers: please enter the last 4 digits of the credit card you have provided us to pay your account.
Direct Debit Customers: please enter the last 4 digits of the bank account number you have provided us to pay your account.
If at least 3 of your responses correctly match the information we have on file for your account we will provide your password via email to the address of the primary account holder and via SMS (only if the mobile number provided matches the mobile number on your account).
If you are unable to correctly supply the information requested above you will need to call us on 131 456 during opening hours to recover your password. Remember to supply your mobile phone number when you call to make password recovery easier in the future.
