Invoice Overview

As part of our billing system upgrade, we’ve done some work to improve your invoice. On top of some cosmetic changes, you’ll now receive a copy of you invoice in your email, rather than being sent a link to download from. Take a quick look at how your new invoice will look.

Page 1 gives you a sweeping overview of your invoice — what’s due, when it’s due and for which account.

If you’re looking for a breakdown of your monthly charges, you’ll want to check out Page 2 of your invoice.

Viewing Individual Call Records

You can see a fully itemised record of calls made in Toolbox.

At the top of this screen, you will find a ‘phone’ tab. Mouse over this tab to reveal a list of options and click ‘call tracker’.

The call tracker will display your uninvoiced calls for your current billing period. By clicking ‘view advanced display options’ you can change your settings to show call details for past billing periods.

Netspace Invoice Call Records

If you would like to view the details of your most recent invoice, select ‘calls on latest invoice’ (as shown above). Click ‘save display options’ and an itemised list of calls from your latest invoice will be displayed.

To view calls on older invoices, return to the advanced display options and select ‘by invoice number’. The adjacent drop box will contain a history of your phone invoices. Select the desired invoice and click 'save display options'.
