Spam Complaint/Report Form

For use under the Internet Industry Spam Code of Practice.

  • Netspace Online Systems needs the information below to understand and process your spam complaint or report. We reserve the right to suspend processing of complaints/reports that are incomplete or not in accordance with this form.
  • This form is only for complaints/reports to Netspace Online Systems. If you want to make a complaint or report to another service provider, you should contact them via their spam reporting address e.g. 'abuse@' their domain. Check their web site for details.

  • Our privacy policy is at netspace.net.au/cra/privacy/
  • If you are not a Netspace customer, you may report spam, but not make a complaint under the IIA Spam Code of Practice.
  • If you are a Netspace customer, you may report spam or make a complaint. We will treat it as a report unless it is clearly designated as a complaint.
  • We will send any correspondence to your contact email address noted below. You are responsible for checking your mail at that address.
  • By making this complaint/report, you certify that all information you provide is true, complete and correct, and you accept legal responsibility for it.
