MyNetspace FAQ’s

As part of our billing system upgrade, we’ve also provided you with access to an improved DIY online account
management tool — MyNetspace.

The new MyNetspace comes packed with a host of handy features. Here’s quick run through some FAQs to help get familiar with your new tools.

How do I edit my contact details?

After logging in, navigate your way to the left side bar where you’ll find an edit contact details option. Here you’ll be able to edit existing contact information and remove additional contacts. If you need to add another contact, call our Technical Support crew on 131 456.

How do I pay a bill?

Payment for your account takes place automatically each month. If you need to change your nominated payment method, read on. If you need to pay an overdue invoice, please call our team on 131 456.

How do I change my payment details?

In MyNetspace, select the update payment details option in the left side bar. Next, you can update either your Credit Card or Direct Debit details.

How do I view my recent invoices?

You can view recent invoices from the MyNetspace landing page. Look out for the account balance section and click show all invoices.

How do I check my usage?

You’ll find a summary of your usage right there on the MyNetspace landing page. In addition to a daily breakdown of peak and off peak usage for the current billing period, you’ll find suggestions on daily usage, your consumption trends and more.

To keep tabs on usage from previous months, you can also click on the drop down menu above the usage metre. Clicking on the graph will load a more detailed usage breakdown report.

Where can I find details about my plan & what I’m signed up for?

Look for your products on the MyNetspace landing page. Here you’ll find a list of all the services you have connected with Netspace.

Clicking on the name of that service will bring up a popup featuring its ‘product summary’. Good to know if you’re looking for a refresher on your plan’s price, shaping info, peak/offpeak quota or periods and excess data rates.

How can I change my password?

Dive into the Account Tools option and choose Change Your Password for your ADSL, dialup and email accounts.

How do I change or setup mail forwarding?

Mail forwarding can be setup and edited from the email option in the top horizontal toolbar. Look for Email and then select Email Settings from the dropdown menu.

How do I create new mailboxes?

Managing your mailboxes and creating new ones can be done from the Email dropdown option from the horizontal toolbar. Choose Create Mailboxes.

How do I configure my SPAM and virus filtering?

Tweak your spam and virus filtering by selecting Email Settings from the Email dropdown.

How do I change my plan?

If you’d like to upgrade or change your ADSL plan, hover over the Broadband option in the horizontal nav-bar, then select Change Broadband Plan.

How do I purchase a new modem or product?

Move your mouse over to Add Product. From this drop-down menu, you’ll find options to Purchase Hardware and add other new products.

I’m moving. How do I relocate my broadband service?

You can organise a relocation of your ADSL service from the Broadband drop-down menu. Click on Relocate Broadband Plan to get started.
