What’s the difference between FULL and SUPPRESSED listing?

A full listing will show the customers name, phone number and full address like the following:

John Citizen
123 Smith Road
Perth 6000

A suppressed listing will show only the suburb and not the whole address, as shown below:

08 9123 4567
John Citizen
Perth 6000

When will it show in White Pages?

New listings will be included in the next version of the printed White Pages. Deadline dates for your local area can be found here.

What are the time frames for changing an existing entry?

New, updated or removed listings processed by Netspace will take approximately 3 weeks to be changed on whitepages.com.au

If I have PSTN, VoIP and Mobile Voice, will they all have multiple listings?

Yes, if you opt to have all numbers listed. White Pages listings are for the each number not the person.

Is there any cost for supressed listings?

No, there will be no cost to have your listing as a supressed listing.

How can I add/change my listing?

To add or change your listing in the White Pages you can call our friendly call centre on 131 456 or you can follow the steps below to change in through MyNetspace.
