Broadband Terms, Fees and Guarantees

Contract Break Fees
If you end your contract early, you will be required to pay back the costs reasonably incurred by Netspace by you leaving the contract.
The following fees apply to customers that joined Netspace after November 8th 2010.

Contract Break Fees — Customers that joined prior to November 4th 2010
Customers who cancel their broadband account or transfer to another provider prior to the conclusion of their agreement are required to pay 50% of any remaining monthly fees plus a network termination fee of $69 if cancelling within the first six months.
Customers must provide Netspace with 30 days written and signed notification of the cancellation or transfer of their account, unless transferring to another ISP via the ADSL1 Rapid Transfer or ADSL2+ Fast Churn process, in which case notification is not required.

Fair Contract Guarantee
When you sign up to the optional fixed term contract, you commit to retain your broadband service for the set 24 month period. However, our fair contract guarantee lets you change between plans at any time without the need to break your agreed contract. If you upgrade your plan, we will absorb the administration costs. If you change to a broadband plan of equal or lesser value, a small administration fee applies.
