Plan change fee
A plan change fee applies when you switch to a broadband plan of equal or lesser value. (We'll cover this fee if you switch to a higher plan.)

Applies once the monthly data allowance is reached. Usage is counted from the first day, expiring on the last day, of each calendar month.

10 Day Return Policy

If you experience difficulty with your connection at your primary place of use, our 10-day return policy allows you to cancel your contract and return your hardware. To be eligible for this policy, you must provide a valid address and confirm that this was checked against the coverage checker when you signed up for the service.

Fair Contract Guarantee

When you sign up to the optional fixed term contract, you commit to retain your mobile broadband service for the set contract period. However, our fair contract guarantee lets you change between plans at any time with no fees – so you’ll only have to pay the extra plan cost each month.
