Contract Break Fees
If you end your contract early, you will be required to pay back the costs reasonably incurred by Netspace by you leaving the contract.
The following fees apply to customers that joined Netspace after November 8th 2010.

Contract Break Fees — Customers that joined prior to November 8th 2010
Customers who cancel their broadband account or transfer to another provider prior to the conclusion of their agreement are required to pay 50% of any remaining monthly fees plus a network termination fee of $69 if cancelling within the first six months.
Customers must provide Netspace with 30 days written and signed notification of the cancellation or transfer of their account, unless transferring to another ISP via the ADSL1 Rapid Transfer or ADSL2+ Fast Churn process, in which case notification is not required.
BoB™ Contract Break Fees
BoB™ Contract Break Fees for BoB rental contracts are charged separately and in addition to the Contract Break Fees listed above.

Fair Contract Guarantee
When you signed up for and optional fixed term contract, our Naked DSL fair contract guarantee lets you change between our Naked DSL plans at any time without breaking your contract. When upgrading, we will absorb the administration cost. If you change to a plan of equal or lesser value, a small administration fee applies.
