J.A.K. Traditional Classics was established in 1996 by Jenni Murphy and Kim Cashman.

Jenni and Kim (J.A.K) live on the land with their families North of the small township of Stratford in Gippsland, Victoria. Both women hail from rural backgrounds and have an innate ardent appreciation for Australian Tradition and quality

"Our aim (hope) was to produce a range of Australian Greeting cards which would inspire reminiscence and prompt conversation of past eras."

Gippsland families, including our own, generously offered the use of their photographs many from the early 1900's as well as more recent images. JAK has become a two family affair with invaluable assistance and talent of our husbands and children. From the design and creation of the distinctive Redgum and Yellow Box display stands for our cards to the computer artwork and packaging their enthusiasm has been a constant inspiration-

Our first collection includes cards suitable for weddings, get well wishes and Christmas, along with a delightful range for welcoming new babes and remembering birthdays. especially appealing are the country scenes which are ideal for greetings to friends abroad and for those "hard to buy for" men. Produced locally using a percentage of recycled papers our blank cards with their matching envelopes, are packaged individually to ensure product protection. Included in the packaging is a list of suggested verses for your use, should you require it. The cards have a brief description on the back.
